Chinese New Year is a chance for students across the curriculum to learn about Chinese culture and enjoy a real Chinese feast! The Foods students do the majority of the cooking along with help from our science teacher, Chef Ron (who specializes in Pot Stickers). The Marketing students market the event with flyers, posters, and announcements. The Art students create many Chinese decorations. The Technology students compile a video of the entire event to be showcased at our Art Show in the Spring.
